Vilification: 2 days on skins in stainless steel vats then fermented by indigenous yeasts. Not filtered, Not clarified. No added sulphites.

Aging: 5 Months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes: a full body white wine. Slightly orange, an explosion of fruit flavors, salty and mineral. White flowers, mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits.

Pairings: White meat, seafood pasta, cheese. Grilled fish.
